Nevada Property Management Exam Information
Property management permit applicants must pass a computerized exam administered by PSI, a national testing firm with exam sites in Las Vegas, Reno and Elko.

To schedule your exam, PSI will require the following:

  1. Personal information — legal name, address, phone, SSN, date of birth
  2. Exam specifics — exam type, preferred date, and test center location
  3. School code — located in registration form

For more information, click here to view PSI’s website, which includes exam reservation guidelines, and a list of all PSI test center locations and hours of operation.

Upon arriving at the test center, you’ll need to show two forms of identification with at least one being a valid form of government issued identification which bears your signature and photograph to the test administrator. Then, a brief online tutorial will familiarize you with the computerized testing system before you answer 50 multiple-choice questions.

You will have two hours to complete the exam. Be sure to attempt to answer every question. A minimum score of 75% is required to pass the real estate exam. Your score will be available immediately. A passing score is valid for one year.

Read the Nevada Property Management Permit Candidate Information Bulletin for more testing information.
