Access your Online Learning Center course from any computer with a reliable connection to the Internet: from home, the office, a library, or from an Internet café. Study at your own pace, and according to your own schedule. The Online Learning Center is available 24 hours a day.

Easy to Use - Clear Instructions guide you through the course. A user-friendly "Table of Contents" provides easy access to course materials and tracks your progress by checking off chapters as you complete them.

High Quality Instruction - All your study materials are designed by experts in the field. Lessons are well written and concise. They can be read on-line, or printed for convenient study away from your computer. Multimedia Reviews provide a thorough review of key topics covered in each lesson. Quizzes reinforce learning of important topics.

Enrollment and Certification is Easy - Enroll on-line* and access your course immediately. We will be notified when you complete your course and will send your certificate promptly**.

System requirements... Most computers purchased or upgraded within the last 3 or 4 years should fully meet the requirements for our course. We recommend using a computer (PC Compatible or Macintosh) with:

- at least a 200 Megahertz processor
- a minimum of 128 megabytes of RAM
- a monitor with resolution set to at least 800x600
- a working sound card and speakers

You will need a reliable connection to the Internet with a minimum speed of 35k to 40k. This is well within the range of most computers with a 56k modem. You will also need to have Internet Browser Software installed on your computer. We recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer, or Netscape Navigator, versions 4.0 or newer. Some courses require that you have Macromedia Flash and Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is installed on most computers. We include a "Software Check" section in the course that will provide a link for a free download of this software should you require it.

** Some courses require submission of a "Distance Education Course Certification, Evaluation and Study Log" prior to issuance of a certificate of completion. Please read your Course Instructions carefully.
