ProSchools, a national real estate provider, is now an approved online real estate provider in Wyoming.
Approved by the Wyoming Real Estate Commission, ProSchools is one of the first providers in the state to offer the 30-hour Sales Course I online.
ProSchools, a pioneer developer of internet courses, has developed the Sales Course I, designed to meet the Wyoming real estate license requirement. Online training is quickly becoming the method of choice for obtaining a real estate license throughout the country.
"We have seen a huge shift in how people want to complete their education," says John Vogler, Vice President of Sales for ProSchools. "People don't want to drive hours to attend live classes anymore. Nor do they want to take time off work because of scheduling conflicts. Being able to complete the Wyoming real estate education from home is not just a want anymore; it's become a necessity."
Real Estate, considered one of the easiest career paths to pursue, does not require years of college nor cost thousands of dollars. There is no prerequisite regarding work history or experience.
The Wyoming Real Estate Commission (WREC) requires 54 hours of education,
referred to as Sales
Course I and Sales Course II, in order to obtain a real estate license in
Wyoming. Besides the education, future salespeople must pass the state license
exam, administered by AMP, Wyoming's testing provider.
“ProSchools is proud to provide the required education that Wyoming real estate
salespersons need,” says Deanne Gillock, Regulatory Director for ProSchools.
“More and more people want to pursue a real estate career. Being able to complete the education from
home makes it all the more possible.”
ProSchools, with over 50 years experience developing real estate, insurance, and mortgage
lending courses, is also an approved real estate provider in Oregon,
Washington, Nevada, Colorado, Hawaii, Arizona, Montana, Wyoming, and Tennessee.
