Washington Department of Licensing Approves ProSchools’ Online Real Estate Courses

ProSchools is approved in Washington to offer four new real estate continuing education courses


ProSchools, a national provider of real estate education, has received approval in Washington for four additional continuing education courses.

ProSchools, a leader in real estate education, has developed comprehensive Washington real estate education courses, designed to meet continuing education requirements for real estate professionals.

New courses approved include “Starting a Successful Brokerage”, “People Management in Real Estate”, “Minimizing Risk with Effective Practices”, and “ABCs of Mortgage Lending.”  

Washington real estate salespersons and brokers are required to complete 30 hours of continuing education every two years, including 3 hours of Current Issues in Real Estate. All ProSchools education courses are approved by the Washington Department of Licensing.
