ProSchools,
a national provider of mortgage broker education, has received
approval in Washington for four additional continuing education
courses.
ProSchools, a leader in mortgage broker education, has developed new mortgage broker courses, designed to meet continuing education requirements for Washington mortgage brokers and loan originators.
New
courses approved include “Mortgage Lending Fraud Unmasked,” “Mortgage Lending Ethics: Truth or Dare,” “FHA
Loans Explained,” and “ABCs of Mortgage Lending.”
After getting licensed, Washington mortgage brokers and loan originators must fulfill continuing education requirements each year. The education requirement must be completed by December 31st of each year. To fulfill the education requirement, loan originators must successfully complete two approved courses each year. Mortgage Brokers must take three approved courses per year.
A
licensee must take an approved ethics course in the first year of
holding a loan originator license. During a mortgage broker's first
year of acting as a designated broker one course must cover ethics. All
ProSchools education courses are approved by the Washington
Department of Licensing.
"ProSchools courses are
designed to meet Washington’s continuing education
requirement," says John Vogler, Vice President of Sales for

education for mortgage professionals in an effort to combat mortgage
fraud. ProSchools is committed to helping Washington mortgage brokers
and loan originators meet this regulation.”
