Utah requires all Mortgage licensees to complete fourteen (14) hours of certified continuing education every renewal cycle, including 3 hours of Utah and/or Federal regulations and 2 hours of ethics. Licenses are valid for a two-year period and must be renewed no sooner than six weeks prior to and and no later than the expiration date.
