Nevada Real Estate License Renewal Requirements – First Renewal
The Nevada Department of Licensing requires real estate licenses to be renewed. Original real estate licenses are valid for a one year period ending the last day of the month during which you obtained your license. In order to do so, you must complete 30 hours of Post-licensing education.
Prior to submitting your FIRST renewal application, you must complete the 30-hour Post-licensing course. A combination of continuing education and post-licensing courses are not accepted.
