Hawaii Real Estate License Renewal Requirements
You must complete 10 hours of commission-approved continuing education (CE) every two years to renew your Hawaii real estate license, as a salesperson or broker. Four of the ten hours must be a commission approved Hawaii core course.
The 10 CE hours must be completed during the two-year period preceding the renewal application. Licenses must be renewed prior to November 30 of each even-numbered year (e.g., 2006, 2008, 2010).

ProSchools has dozens of hours of home-study courses online—offering a convenient and low-cost way to fulfill the state's CE requirements.
Why put it off? Our online CE courses can be started immediately upon sign-up.
Note: Hawaii does not allow any course to be repeated for continuing education credit.
Our online courses offer an ultra-convenient way to fulfill your CE requirement. Available anywhere you have Web access, the online courses involve reading, listening to summary reviews of key facts, then taking short quizzes to assess your retention of the significant points.
All of your scores are recorded in our Web-based system. Upon passing the final exam online (70% is passing), ProSchools will immediately send you your certificate of completion.
You can renew your license online and pay your fees at that time. ProSchools sends students a copy of all elective certificates (we can not issue the Core certificates) to maintain in case you are ever audited. |
