Colorado Real Estate License Renewal & Continuing Education Courses  

Requirements: Broker License Renewal
To renew your Colorado real estate license (associate or employing broker), you’re required by the Colorado Real Estate Commission to complete 24 hours of continuing education every three years. An “Annual Commission Update” course must be completed twice during each license period, plus electives for a total of 24 hours of CE. The same version of the “Annual Commission Update” course cannot be taken twice for credit.
