To renew your Arizona real estate license (salesperson or broker), you’re required by the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) to complete 24 hours of continuing education (CE) prior to submitting your renewal form. Course Catalog: Arizona Real Estate Continuing Education ProSchools offers state-approved CE courses online—an ultra-convenient and low-cost way to meet the renewal requirements. The online format involves reading, listening to summary reviews, then taking short quizzes to assess your retention of key facts. All of your scores are recorded on our Web-based system. Simply sign up online or by phone, complete the course, and we’ll do the rest. We will automatically send your course completion certificate after passing the online exam (70% or better). We guarantee a speedy and hassle-free experience.
ADRE’s specific guidelines for course content and hours:
* At least three hours of credit in the Commissioner's Standards category must be the Broker Management Clinic if you are an active status designated broker (which includes self-employed brokers). No more than 9 hours may be completed in a 24-hour period. |
