This course covers 2 hours of nontraditional mortgage products requirement topics required by the S.A.F.E. Act.. This law requires all mortgage loan originators nationwide to complete, at least, "2 hours of approved education on lending standards for the nontraditional mortgage product marketplace."
This course focuses on: loan fraud, ethical practices and professional responsibilities in mortgage lending, and federal fair lending laws that prohibit discrimination in housing.
