This NMLS-approved 8 Hour PA SAFE Comprehensive course satisfies the hours mandated by the SAFE Act. The SAFE Act requires a minimum of 3 hours of Federal laws and rules; 2 hours of ethics, including fraud, consumer protection, and fair lending issues; 2 hours of training related to lending standards for nontraditional mortgage products; and one hour of Pennsylvania laws and rules.
