Arizona Loan Originator Licensing and Continuing Education Courses
ProSchools, an NMLS approved course provider, submitted several prelicense courses to the NMLS in mid-July. The NMLS will not be approving continuing education courses until late 2009. To be notified when courses are available you are encouraged to call 1-800-299-2207 or e-mail ProSchools' course consultants.

The hours must include at least 3 hours of federal laws and rules; 2 hours of ethics, including fraud, consumer protection, and fair lending issues; and 2 hours of training relating to lending standards for nontraditional mortgage products, i.e., any product that is not a 30-year fixed rate mortgage.
