This NMLS-approved 8 Hours SAFE Core course satisfies the hours mandated by the SAFE Act. The SAFE Act requires a minimum of 3 hours of Federal laws and rules; 3 hours of ethics, including fraud, consumer protection, and fair lending issues; and 2 hours of training related to lending standards for nontraditional mortgage products.
There is a $1.50 per hour mandatory NMLS-Banking fee that will be added at checkout.
