All of us are given two guarantees in life -- death and taxes. This course delves into both gift taxation and estate taxes. You will first learn the foundation of estate transfer taxation and then move onto gift tax rules, gift valuation, elements of calculating gift tax and estate taxations. The remainder of the course concentrates on the most common gifts: those to minors and those to charities. At the conclusion of the course you will have a basic understanding of the fundamentals of gift and estate taxation.
