Are ProSchools' continuing education courses approved to satisfy my Hawaii real estate continuing education requirements?
Yes. ProSchools' Hawaii real estate continuing education courses are approved by the Hawaii Real Estate Branch to satisfy the education requirements to renew your Hawaii real estate license.

What are the requirements to renew my real estate license?
Effective January 1, 2011, the continuing education requirements to renew a Hawaii real estate license is 20 hours of continuing education hours every two years. Five of the 20 hours must be a commission approved Hawaii core course. The 5-hour Core Course for the 2011-2012 biennium is divided into two parts:
  • Part I - Real Estate Law Review and Update: 2.5 hours
  • Part II - Property Management: 2.5 hours
The 20 CE hours must be completed during the two-year period preceding the renewal application. Licenses must be renewed prior to November 30 of each even-numbered year (e.g., 2012, 2014, 2016).

How do ProSchools' Hawaii real estate continuing education courses work?
ProSchools' approved Hawaii real estate continuing education courses are offered online for your convenience. Once enrolled, your Table of Contents will serve as your roadmap for completing the course. You will be given access to lesson material, multimedia reviews, quizzes and a final exam. To demonstrate course completion, you will need to read the lesson material, pass all quizzes and pass the final exam.
 
When will my hours be reported to the Hawaii Real Estate Branch?
Upon completion of all course elements, your course will be reported to the Hawaii Real Estate Branch within 10 days.  
 
Once I enroll, when can I access my Hawaii real estate continuing education courses?
Upon enrolling, you will have immediate access to your coursework. Simply log-in using your e-mail address and password and you can get started immediately. Best of all, you will have access to your course 24/7 and from any computer with an internet connection. You can work at home, at the office, wherever is the most convenient for you!
