By completing this District of Columbia online mortgage training, you will fulfill the SAFE Act’s 20 hour prelicense requirement. Topics covered include the mandatory 3 hours of federal law, 3 hours of ethics, 2 hours of non-traditional mortgage products, and 3 hours of District of Columbia law.
