I’ve forgotten my username and/or my password.
If you suspect you’ve forgotten your password, click the “Forgot your password?” link on the account login page and enter your email address. If an account exists under that email address, the password will be reset and emailed to the address entered. Your account ID is most commonly the email address you provided when your ProSchools account was created. If you suspect that you’ve forgotten your account ID, we suggest you contact ProSchools Customer Service at 800-452-4879 or service@proschools.com.
