I’ve clicked “Forgot your password?” and entered my email address, but have not received an email with my new account password.
An email with your new password will be sent from ‘service@proschools.com’ to the email address you entered. Under some circumstances this email will be diverted into your email applications ‘spam’ folder. If you can not locate the email with your new password, we suggest you contact ProSchools Customer Service at 800-452-4879 or service@proschools.com.
