I am unable to view my Certificate of Completion (Completion Record).
In order to view your Certificate of Completion (completion record), you need to have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer. Adobe Reader is available free of charge from www.adobe.com. If you are having problems displaying your Completion Record, or are unsure whether you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, follow the directions in our Technical Note “Updating Your Adobe Reader Software.”
