ProSchools has a new Washington Real Estate Managing Broker State Exam Prep course. This exam prep is for real estate licensees who are licensed in another state and wish to become a managing broker in the state of Washington.
If someone is licensed in another state they must request a certified license history from the real estate licensing agency in the state where you’re currently licensed. If you’ve had an active license in the previous 6 months, you’ll only be required to take the Washington State portion of the licensing exam. If you qualify, you may have the education requirements waived.
