Oregon Reciprocity for Washington Real Estate CE

All new Oregon real estate brokers need to take the Oregon Advanced Real Estate Practices (AREP) course for their first renewal. ProSchools has talked with the Washington Real Estate Commission about whether Oregon real estate students could use the AREP course (which includes the new Law and Rule Required Course-”LARRC”) for Washington real estate continuing education credits.

The answer is yes.  Washington real estate brokers will need to inform the Washington Real Estate Commission of their intention to gain reciprocity from the Oregon AREP course and will need to provide the Oregon certificate directly to the Washington Commission. ProSchools cannot create a reciprocal certificate as the Oregon course is not an approved Washington course.

Contact ProSchools course consultants today at 1-800-452-4879 x 105 to enroll in the new Oregon Advanced Real Estate Practices course or to find out about getting your real estate license.
