Oregon’s New LARRC Real Estate Course

If you are an Oregon real estate broker, you probably heard of the new LARRC continuing education course that must be taken during every renewal period starting January 1, 2011. The new Law And Rule Required Course is available online at ProSchools Oregon real estate continuing education web-page

If you are renewing your Oregon real estate license for the first time, you must take Advanced Real Estate Practices as your 30 hrs of continuing education. LARRC is included in our Advanced Real Estate Practices course. If you are a ProSchools student, you will not have to purchase two separate courses!

This three-hour LARRC course contains all the latest information in new rules and rule changes. The Oregon legislative sessions take place every two years and new real estate laws are frequently enacted. The Oregon Real Estate Agency also revises current regulations. This course not only defines the differences between statues, administrative rules and rule divisions, it also goes into details on current changes in Oregon’s real estate law providing you the most updated information.

If you are going to renew after January 1, 2011, don't forget to add LARRC as one of your mandatory course choices.

KEEP YOUR OWN RECORDS!  Oregon real estate broker will be required to maintain their own records of continuing education for hours completed on or after January 1, 2011.
