New Oregon Advanced Real Estate Practices Course

ProSchools has been working very hard and finally received approval for the new Oregon Advanced Real Estate Practices course. Anyone renewing their license for the first time as of January 1, 2011 must complete the new Advanced Real Estate Practices course.

The new Advanced Real Estate Practices course includes the required 3 hours of LARRC. Oregon requires all licensees renewing on or after January 1, 2011 to complete a Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC) each renewal.

Anyone enrolled in the previous Advanced Real Estate Practices course must complete it by December 31, 2010. A message will be put on those student’s homepages.
