Update on the BASS Course and becoming an Oregon Principal Broker.
Things to know:
- Starting January 1, 2011, to become a Principal Broker, applicants will need to take a Principal Broker Exam in addition to the BASS course. Currently most applicants DO NOT need to take a license exam.
- ProSchools has run several successful promotions, letting brokers know of the advantages of taking the BASS course now.
- IMPORTANT detail: the broker needs to complete the course and apply for the Principal Broker license prior to January 1, 2011, not just complete our course.
