Wondering How to Qualify Sellers for Short Sales?

With possibly one-third of all existing homes sold recently through either short sales or foreclosures, it is a good time to look into a Short Sales and Foreclosure Certification Program (SFR) offered by the National Association of Realtors. The SFR program trains sales associates to guide clients through short sales and foreclosures, as well as direct them to finance, tax and legal professionals. And there's certainly no better time to learn more about "qualifying sellers for short sales, developing a short sale package, negotiating with lenders, tapping into buyer demand, limiting risk, and protecting buyers"!  Click here for a link to NAR's SFR class page.
