In looking over the NMLS website for upcoming dates of when states will have their
State Test Component available, I think these are the last states:
- Florida, Nevada, and Minnesota had their State Component available on October 1.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Maine will have their State Component available November 5.
As a reminder, mortgage loan originators (or new applicants) can
enroll for their state SAFE Test one month prior to the date the test is available. The
above dates are when the tests are available. ProSchools has created
exam prep to help loan originators prepare for the State Component. Looks like these are the last of the 50 states making the State Component available.
