That is the question I posed to one of the Senior Examiner’s for the Iowa Division of Banking (IDB) recently. In answer to the question, are we there yet? Almost! Last week we received official word that ProSchools is approved as an NMLS provider!The Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (SAFE Act) requires anyone wanting to offer NMLS courses must first become an “NMLS Approved” course provider.  Step one: done!Ne read more...

ProSchools just learned that the NMLS Exam Components (National and State) for meeting the S.A.F.E. Act are now available for enrollment and scheduling for these states: Arizona, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington.The exams will not be available to take, howe read more...
